Certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor, Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, and Certified Health Coach.
I am happiest surrounded by red barns, apple trees, and welcoming mountains. I was born in New England and it is part of who I am. I am deeply committed to the earth and the people who live on it. There is a Hebrew phrase “tikun olam,” which translates into repair
the world. This phrase speaks to my soul and has been my motivation and inspiration for my life and work. I am committed to healing the earth and its people in the small way that I can.
I have been practicing yoga and meditation since childhood. In my twenties, I was introduced to Kundalini yoga. Over the years, Kundalini yoga has provided me with concrete tools and yogic technology, to help me face my life with grit and grace. This practice has helped me reconnect with the wisdom inside of myself and helped me heal myself and the world around me.
As Marianne Williamson writes, “As we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.”
Healing the world begins with healing ourselves. The time is now. There are challenges in our lives and in the world. Our job is to illuminate the challenges so that they can be transformed. With light, comes discovery, a new perspective and healing. I want to help you on your path of self-discovery and healing. I want to help you shine your light on the world. Because the world needs more light!
